3. Bookkeeping

We publish monthly statements with invoices attached, accessible from your online portal. Your proceeds are electronically credited to your bank account. We will send paper checks too, if that is your preference.

Taking calls, receiving rents, enforcing the lease, supervising repairs, planning turnover. We consult with you when it’s important, but we will deal with the day to day, so you don’t have to.
